Since its launch in April 2024 OM System's ODMS Cloud, digital dictation, transcription and speech to text workflow solution, had relied on email as it's sole MFA (multi-factor authentication) method. This changed in February 2026 with the addition of Microsoft Authenticator as an alternative.
Microsoft Authenticator is a free mobile app for iOS and Android designed to secure online accounts via multi-factor authentication, passwordless sign-in, and password management. It provides a convenient "approve" notification for logins, supports one-time passcodes (OTP), and works for personal, work, or school accounts.
You will then be presented with a QR code, make sure you have the Microsoft Authenticator app already installed on your iPhone or Android first and scan the QR code:
Then the next time you login you will need to use the one-time code generated by the app on your mobile device:
