Your dictation can be set to a high or normal priority which are both crucial for you and your transcription typist. High priority ensures urgent handling, while normal priority allows efficient digital dictation workload management, ensuring timely delivery and workflow consistency.

Add Additional Comments

Digital dictation files include Author ID and Worktype. With ODMS R8 On-Premise, you can add comments embedded into your audio. ODMS R8 Workgroup mode is compatible with a number of virtual environments including Citrix, TS (Terminal Services), VMWare, and Citrix Xen desktop.
